Sampla Wins Irish Business Design Challenge

Sampla wins the IBDC from the DCCI

Sampla has won the IBDC from the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland!

This award recognizes Irish businesses that add value, repurpose products, develop circular economy strategies, enhance efficiency, and tackle societal and environmental challenges through sustainable design. As well as creating awareness and generating support for the shortlisted businesses. Sampla began with a simple vision to create a responsibly made, unisex shoe crafted with sustainability in mind. Since the very beginning, we’ve worked to bring this vision to life, choosing materials with care and collaborating with artisans who share our commitment to ethical, sustainable production.

Winning this award is a huge honour, and we are grateful to everyone who has supported us. To all those who voted for us and to each of our customers. Thank you for helping us grow and continue to innovate. With your support, we’re even more inspired to keep raising the bar in sustainable footwear. This journey has been about so much more than making shoes. It’s about setting an example, making a difference, and reimagining how products can be made. Little by little, step by step.
