When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel orders if necessary (for example, due to stock or payment issues).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time. Payment is required at checkout using the methods shown on our website.

4. Delivery

We will deliver to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Risk in the products passes to you once delivered.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@sampla.ie. You must return the goods in their original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the goods are faulty).

We also offer returns in line with our store’s Return Policy, which may extend these rights.
