What is Bio Acetate? 

Bio-acetate is a more sustainable form of acetate. It is produced from renewable raw materials such as wood pulp, combined with plasticisers derived from vegetable sources instead of petroleum. This makes the frames largely composed of bio-based content rather than oil-based materials.
